On Wednesday, March 26, the organ composition Job by Petr Eben resonated in the Church of Christ the Savior, interspersed with dramatic interpretations and readings of biblical passages.

On Saturday, March 22, from 9 AM to 12 PM, a parish Lenten spiritual renewal took place in Barrandov. It was led by P. Josef Pecinovský. The theme was the Isaiah's Songs of the Servant of God.

On Friday, March 21st at 7:00 PM, we listened to an organ performance by students of the organ department of HAMU at the Church of Christ the Savior in Barrandov.

On Thursday, March 20, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 4 architectural designs for the renovation of the Zlíchov rectory were presented in the KC hall at Barrandov. The presentation is public.

We prayed the Stations of the Cross every Tuesday during Lent at the Church of Christ the Savior in Barrandov at 5:15 PM and every Sunday in Jinonice at St. Lawrence at 3:30 PM.

Ash Wednesday fell this year on March 5th. Besides the regular mass in Zlíchov, there was also an opportunity to receive ashes at a special mass in Barrandov at 7:00 PM.

On Thursday, February 27th at 6:00 PM, the Literary Café cycle continued, this time about Saint Augustine and his Confessions with Doc. David Vopřada.

On Saturday, February 22nd at 6:00 PM, the first Parish social evening with music, dance, a raffle, and a charitable aspect took place.

On Thursday, March 13th at 7:00 PM, Father Šebestián Smrčina OFM was a guest at the Literary Café, whom we know well from Monday Masses in Barrandov.

An exhibition about the life and work of a Czech theologian of world caliber was on display at the community center during February and March. The opening took place on Thursday, February 6, at 6:00 PM with the participation of Ing. arch. Jiří Šťastny and P. Richard Čemus, the authors of the exhibition.

On Saturday, January 25th at 9:00 AM, a special mass was held at the Church of Christ the Savior for the work of the Movement for Life and for all those it targets.

On Thursday, January 23rd at 7:00 PM in the Community Center hall, Music, Word, and ... the World of Opera was presented. The continuation of the series of commented concerts, this time about the relationship between the events on stage and the music we hear. We peeked into the world of opera through excerpts from Rusalka by A. Dvořák, arranged for violin and piano.

On Friday, January 17, the seniors, as part of their regular meetings (every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month), set out to Vysočany in Prague, where they visited the "church in the courtyard," the Sanctuary of Christ the King from the 1930s. They were led through the church by its spiritual caretaker, Father Havlík.

On Thursday, January 16th at 6:00 PM, we launched the Literary Café series. The first guest was P. Petr Beneš CSsR, a chaplain at the Church of the Most Sacred Heart of Our Lord, who came from our parish.
